The awe-inspiring UniverSoul Circus is heading to Philadelphia, bringing the most electrifying and interactive single ring extravaganza next to the Mann Center for the Performing Arts at Fairmont Park, Oct. 25-Nov. 6. Tickets go on sale Sunday, Sept. 25.
